3. File Storage and Retention
- Files are processed only for transfer and delivery.
- Stored temporarily and removed within 7 days.
- After removal, files cannot be recovered.

- Uploaded archives remain until 7-day expiration.
- Clean Sign-Out:
- Permanently deletes all uploaded files.
- Removes all personal info from server.
- Usage stats remain linked to Firebase ID for analytics and app improvement.
